- For order value less than 70000MMK Delivery with charges depends on township
- For order value of MMK 70000 & above Free Delivery Charges
Possible reason for Delivery Delay
There are dozens of reasons behind a delivery delay. However, here are the most common ones you’ll likely encounter while in operation.
- Bad weather.
- Wrong/ Inaccurate Delivery Address.
- No-Go Zones / Remote Locations.
- Law & Order Situation / Road Blocks.
If delivery delay occurs, we will arrange the delivery service again once we received the correction from the above errors. Delivery lead time will be the same as mention above.
Payment Policy
We offer a variety of payment methods so that you can choose what is best for you! We support the following methods of payment:
Cash On Delivery
- With “Cash on Delivery” payments, you will pay the amount to our delivery person when your package arrives at your doorstep. (*Yangon Region Only)
Credit/Debit Card (Prepayment)
The “Prepayments” method of ordering is where you pay online at the time of purchase. This makes the process worry free. With easy “Prepayments” you can pay upfront with your trusted bank card and experience effortless purchasing and refunds to the same credit/debit card.
Refund Policy
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the type we provide as follow. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:
- Online Transfer back to Customer Duration: within 1 working day after QC
- Cash Back to Customer Duration: within 2~3 working days after QC
Remark: Subject to the Customer’s consent, SD Food Service may substitute a Product for another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by the Customer is unavailable.
